The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, right across the street from the main train station and close to everything special you can see in the city. The rooms, although up to date, were really small, but despite that, they were clean and comfortable. The service was average, struggling with English and lacking in friendliness. The dining experience, while nice and with a lot of variety, felt expensive. The hotel facilities were decent overall.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. The rooms were fantastic with an amazing view by the train center, and they were up to date. However, the service was unwelcoming at times, and there was a bias towards guests based on color. My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet, although a bit cold the first night. The service was top-notch, friendly, and excellent. The location was superb, right next to the main station and close to the old town. The dining experience was not what I expected, mainly due to unforeseen circumstances. Overall, a great value for the experience.
